Over 25 years, I’ve refined recruitment—from global corporate firms to founding my own agencies—to deliver precision, speed, and care in contact-centre hiring. At The Ryzer Group, we’re committed to empowering EU-authorised talent and building high-performing multilingual teams. And on stage, creativity reminds me every day that connection—whether in recruitment or theatre—is at the heart of what I do.

Marc Ryzer has been shaping the world of recruitment since 1999, spending 15 years with major global recruitment firms before stepping into entrepreneurship in 2014.

With a passion for connecting people and opportunities, Marc founded his own specialised agencies focused on multilingual, high-volume placements for BPO contact centres across Europe. Under his leadership, The Ryzer Group has become a trusted partner for EU-authorised talent and top European employers alike.
